Ágota Éva RUZSA
Originally an educator-trainer, MA. form ELTE University of Budapest, and University of Surrey, UK is a dedicated Dialogic OD consultant and facilitator as well as an organizational healer-constellator and mindfulness teacher. She has dedicated the past 40 years to bridge-building between East and West cultures and mindsets. Her holistic and systemic approach enriched several institutions both as founder, co-founder as well as consultant and lecturer and facilitator. She is deeply dedicated to “healing into wholeness” both in individual and collective and organizational sense. Her deep understanding of “think globally and act locally” motivated her as co-founder of several organizations in Hungary (International House, Budapest language school, Ariadne Gaia Foundation for holistic education and personal development center, founder of SoL Hungary, Learning Organizations for Sustainability. She has also been teaching and lecturing at several universities applying OL and dialogic communication in integral leadership, OD and and business settings as well as transformative facilitation.
In 1992-94 she was part of the Dialogue Project of OLC at Sloan School of Management, MIT and since then she’s been deeply dedicated to organizational learning, collective transformation and has been an active member and steward of Global SoL and some related organizations, such as The World Cafe, The Club of Budapest, ISCA, Art of Hosting. Her focus is to enhance societal transformation towards a sustainable, mindful society by actively facilitating generative spaces for healing our collective, systemic wounds as well inspiring new thinking, systemic understanding and mindful awareness in organizational, community and educational development.
