Stephen GIANOTTI

An active member of the Society for Organizational Learning for 25 years, Stephen is President of a consulting firm he created in 2003.  His work focuses on individual, group and organizational diagnostics and development.  Most of what his firm uses comes from the wide range of tools available from Systems Thinking and the five disciplines as written about in Peter Senge’s book, The Fifth Discipline.  Stephen has been fortunate to have been trained, mentored and apprenticed by many experienced and well known transformational professionals.  His clients include multiple industries, for profit and non-profit, 4 continents, with a special niche of working with family owned businesses.  A certain percentage of his firm’s work is pro-bono.

Stephen began is relationship with SoL in 1998 with the Boston-based group of consultants, practitioners and researchers.  He co-founded and was chair of the Global Coaching Community of Practice.  Later he became and is currently the Chair of the Global Association for SoL Communities.  He is the representative of the Global Coaching Community of Practice to the Global SoL Board.  

Stephen strongly believes that SoL remains a vital resource for the needs of our world as well as a tremendous resource for emerging and continuously learning professionals around the globe.
